NOTE: 1. This error code will appear in cooling and DRY modes. After the machine is restarted, the E9 code will be cleared.

       2. After the compressor runs continuously for 10 mins in cooling and DRY modes, if it is detected that the compressor stop protecting is detected for three or more times, which will occur when the ‘ambient temp’ minus ‘evaporator temp’ are detected to be less than 5℃ for 60 consecutive seconds, the machine will display the error code E9.

Problem-shooting

    When the machine is covered by other objects, it may happen that ‘ambient temp’ minus ‘evaporator temp’, thus giving an alarm.

Solution: Check whether the air inlet is covered

     Do not block or block the air outlet with clothing or hands during use.
