The machine doesn’t work
Problem-shooting
Please check the home power supply, machine power supply, and startup method.
Solution: Check the power supply and restart it
Step 1: Check if the rated voltage and frequency on rating label are the same as the specifications of the household power supply.
NOTE: The rating label is posted on the back of the mathine.
Step 2: Press the "start" button to turn the machine off. Unplug the power plug and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3: Reconnect the power cord with socket, and turn the machine on. Wait for 3-5s, observe whether the alarm is eliminated.
Do not cool or dehumidify
Problem-shooting
-
The ambient temp or humidity exceeds the limit, or the refrigeration system is abnormal, causing the machine cannot produce cold air and dehumidifys
Solution 1: Check the ambient temp and humidity
Through thermometer or weather forecast, the indoor temp and humidity reference data can be obtained. If the temp is < 16℃ or > 40℃ , or the humidity is lower than 30%, the machine will not start the cooling and dry modes.
- The refrigeration system is abnormal or other reasons.
Solution 2: Contact service center
If all above actions don't work, please contact service center to solve your problem.
Do not supply and swing air &
Unable to adjust the wind speed
Problem-shooting
-
System abnormality or false alarm.
Solution 1: Restart the machine
Step 1: Turn the machine off. Unplug the power plug and wait for 2-3 minutes.
Step 2: Reconnect the power cord with socket, and turn the machine on. Wait for 3-5s, observe whether the alarm is eliminated.
Solution 2: Contact service center
If all above actions don't work, please contact service center to solve your problem.
Poor cooling or dry
Problem-shooting
-
The voltage is unstable, resulting in insufficient effective startup time of the machine.
Solution 1: Check the home voltage
Check if the rated voltage and frequency on rating label are the same as the specifications of the household power supply.
NOTE: The rating label is posted on the back of the mathine.
-
The machine placement space does not meet the requirements, so the heat dissipation space is too narrow, which affects the heat dissipation.
Solution 2: Check placement of machine
Ensure that there is sufficient space around the machine, and the machine should be away from walls furniture or curtains at least 30cm.
-
The filter screen is dirty and blocked, which leads to poor heat dissipation, cooling and DRY effects of the machine.
Solution 3: Clean filter screens
Step 1: Turn the machine off. Remove the filter screens in left and right upper sides.
Step 2: Pull out the L-side grille and R-side grille, and take out the side filter screens from both side grilles, and pull out the back grille and take out the back filter screen from it.
Step 3: Clean these screens by towel or brush, and rinse them with clean water.
Step 4: Dry them with a dry towel or place them in a ventilated place.
Step 5: Please reverse the above steps and reinstall the filter screens after drying.
High noise
Problem-shooting
-
The machine is not placed stably. Check the inclination of the machine.
Solution 1: Place the machine horizontally
Please keep the machine upright when moving it, and use it on a stable and level surface.
-
The magnets of the grilles may be lost, causing the machine to resonate and produce noise.
Solution 2: Check the magnets of grilles
Step 1: Pull down the front grille.
Step 2: It can be judged whether the grille magnet exists by other magnets or magnetic objects.
Overflow
Problem-shooting
-
The machine is not placed stably, causing the water in the machine to overflow. Check the inclination of the machine.
Solution 1: Place the machine horizontally
Please keep the machine upright when moving it, and use it on a stable and level surface.
- The water tank cracked and leaked.
Solution 2: Check the water tank
Step 1: Check whether water overflows or drips from the bottom of the machine.
Step 2: Pull down the front grille. Pull out the water tank, and check whether it is damaged and leaking.
-
The water tank is full of water but the buoy is stuck, so the machine can't feed back the water tank status.
Solution 3: Check the water float
Step 1: Pull down to remove the front grille and pull out the water tank.
Step 2: Check whether the water float in the water tank can move normally.
Step 3: If the water float is stuck, it can be moved by using inertia with shaking the tank. Or you can use vibration to make the water float move by tapping the water tank gently.
