These error codes may also appear when the machine is running: [E1] [E2] [E3] [E6] [E7]. When these anomalies appear, please try to restart the machine. If the abnormality still exists, please contact the customer service center.

Problem-shooting

[E1]: In cooling and DRY mode, if the speed of condensing DC motor is abnormal, the machine will display the error code [E1].

[E2]: In all modes, if the speed of condensing DC motor is abnormal, the machine will display the error code [E2].

[E3]: In cooling mode, if the current or frequency signal of the water pump motor is abnormal, the machine will display the error code [E3].

[E6]: In all modes, if the evaporator NTC is short-circuited or opencircuited, the machine will display the error code [E6].

[E7]: In all modes, if the temp and humidity sensor is detected to be open or short-circuited, the machine will display the error code [E7].

Solution: Restart the machine

    Step 1: When the above error codes appear on display panel of machine, the atmosphere light turns red.

    Step 2: Press the "start" button to turn it off in any mode. Around 20 seconds later, the fan will be turned off.

    Step 3: Unplug the power plug and wait for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 4: Reconnect the power cord with socket, and turn the machine on. Wait for 3-5s, observe whether the alarm is eliminated.
